Overall they are decent apartments. I have had some things break, or not function properly and it generally took at least a week and up to 2 to even get someone to come to fix it. Also the main things is the absurd rent. It's 2750 a semester for a two bedroom apartment for each tenet including utilities.. roughly 1350 a month. I imagine the price will continue to climb, knowing the location and availability of off campus housing.
