I was very impressed by this apartment complex. It was a bit pricey but the landlords were accommodating, friendly, and willing to help you as much as they were able. I lived in College park two years in a row. The first year I was in a three bedroom apartment the second I moved in to the four bedroom town house. Both were amazing. In the townhouse my junior year the hot water heater burst at 2:00 in the morning.We called the emergency contact number and less than 5 minutes later the maintenance man was at our door. They come when they tell you they are coming and don t just pull some arbitrary time out of the air. The apartments are well kept and repainted, tiled, cleaned, spackled, etc every summer in between tenants. Seriously, if you are willing and able to afford it, live in College Park.
