1 very heavy, not-very-graceful-if-u-know-what-I-mean repairman serves the whole complex, so don?t expect him to set up an apointment with you if something needs to be fixed! also don?t expect him to clean up after himself...
Lease is made for students: no guest may stay over 1 week...
impersonal and odd...
You can find much better in Edinboro!
