a bit of a rip-off

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
Too hot in the summer, too cold in the winter, too high of a rent for what you're getting. I've lived in places in Chicago for cheaper than what we were paying for the Darrow apartments. It was also hard to get people to fix things that needed done. It was fun living there because of the people that we lived around, but the landlords were always finding ways of cheating you out of your money.
