Close to campus - College Park apartments are very nice to live at once you can live off campus. They are so close to the campus that you could live there if you didn't have a car. Excellent Housing Darrow is an overall nice place to live. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The apartments are clean, quiet, and conveniently located. There are a lot of options anywhere from dorm style apartments to deluxe 3 bedroom apartments. Prices are reasonable

Reliable and Comfortable Living This is my first year living at College Park and I am really impressed with how fast the maintenance staff responded to my requests. I've had landlords before who have told me they'd fix a leaky roof or broken appliances and it took them weeks to get around

YES This is very cost effective apartment. The renovations are great and I love the set up of the kitchen with the island. I am definitely renting again next year. It's super close to campus which makes it easier to walk to classes.

No. It's too expensive. The renovations are a draw but it's the same as a dorm room on campus. Westgate is not as flashy but their employees bend over backward to make sure you're happy. Rent at Westgate is only like $2000 a semester; I don't see why anyone would pass it up. Five

I lived at College Park apartments along with three other girls. Because it was three girls living together, the bathroom became a major priority for us. Since we all have relatively long hair our shower would get clogged a lot from all the usage. Maintenance was always really prompt in coming

Meh Overall they are decent apartments. I have had some things break, or not function properly and it generally took at least a week and up to 2 to even get someone to come to fix it. Also the main things is the absurd rent. It's 2750 a semester for a two bedroom apartment for each tenet
