Not bad, but recommended

This was probably a very nice complex once, but is beginning to go downhill. However, I did enjoy my time here. The management is very friendly and easy to deal with, although maintenance is not the greatest.
The greatest thing about this complex is its beautiful location. It is right in Elkins Park, within walking distance to the train station, and only a short ride to Center City. It is a very nice place to live. It is safe and enjoyable for walks and runs.
The building itself has seen better days. It is not in the greatest repair, but it remains a good value.
