Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
 
I love it here...great old neighborhood...train station, ice cream store, little cafe, all within STEPS of EPG. Lovely management....they live onsite....maintenance "Sherman" always available to help with a HUGE smile! My apt still has wood floors...many do...but there have been rennovations.
