| I love it here...great old neighborhood...train station, ice cream store, little cafe, all within STEPS of EPG. | This complex is under renovations. When you move in there is wall to wall carpeting, new kitchen, new bathroom, new blinds and a great paint job. Management is fantastic. Something doesn't work? Maintence is there to fix it. Parking -Walking ... more | ||||||||||||
