A FREEZING MAINTENANCE PLAGUED APT !!!

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2003
My apt was robbed. Its always COLD! I still have a leak in my living room with a damaged ceiling since 1996 and my bathroom has a leak since October 2002 with chipped paint and mold. You can see where the did a sloppy job on the outside. Since I complained several times, they put a piece of plastic over the top of the roof and held it down with bricks. You can see it on the side of my apt. They think I don't know. They only really want to do repairs when you're not at home so they can come in when they want, do a quick sloppy job and leave before you have a chance to check the work.
