I moved here because it was convenient i was going to school at Tyler School of Art which is right across the street. bugs mice roaches rude ignorant neighbors beat up and scratched cars maintenance and management dont care about anything. you have no control over the heat it is either sweltering in mid december with the windows open or freezing. bathrooms are small and werent even cleaned when we moved in it is a very bad neighborhood local stores used to get there windows shot out often. not a very good place for kids. there is a big mold problem they use bleech to clean it which i am allergic to and it peels the paint off and then they wont come out to fix it. amintenance is done poorly they brake more than they fix they dirty carpets and use your bathrooms. thats all dont do it to yourself
