I have lived at Lynnewood since August 2003. The location is good (close to shopping, Center City, etc)and I love the pool. I have never had any issue with the maint. or office staff - they have all been very nice. When I have friends over,though,parking is kind of an issue - just make sure to park on the street and not in a lot if you don't have a parking permit(you'll get towed!)Overall, I have not had any problems- I am planning to renew my lease in August.
