This place is a total disgrace to any apt complex. North Philly apts have better service in their subsidized places than these $850 shacks. The concensus is that they get over. The people who live there are nice. The Cheltenham School District is great for the children, but unfortunately we are paying a high price to live in the GHETTO or trailor park.
