It is a bad apartment, and services are even worse. When I paid the deposit($250) 5 days ago, they told me I can move in today and everything will be PERFECT. Yesterday, they called to tell there is a problem exists because bathtub cann't be used until next Monday and told me I can get the key this morning. When I went there this morning waiting for more than one and half hours, they just told me they haven't got the key and didn't know when they would get the key. When I go over to see the apartment with the consultant, it is TERRIBLE!!! All the carpet are dirty and disorder, windows are full of dirts and dark, bathtub and closestool are yellow and dirty....How can you image you will move in today. When talked to manager, she said they can do NOTHING until they get the key by 5pm. The apartment has been vacant for 50days but it is still in such a bad situation. How can u they would clean up in 5 hours''' And would you be at ease with such an apartment just after their so-called "clean"' I have driven here again and again for their bad services. And as a customer, you just got their response of " I can do nothing" since you have paid the depoist. I so regreted I have paid the depoist. NOT recommend for anyone!! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

I AGREE WITH YOU. PLEASE DO NOT RENT AT LYNNEWOOD GARDENS, YOU ARE GOING TO BE FRUSTRATED WITH ADMINISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE. I HAVE A HUGE MICE INFESTATION. I HAVE CALLED SANITATION TWICE, AND THE ONLY THING THAT LYNNEWOOD GARDENS DOES IS TO PUT POISON AND STICKY PAD, I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE DEAD MICE AND THE ODOR OF THE DECOMPOUSING ANIMAL. IF YOU CAN HELP NOT MOVING IN, PLEASE DO SO.
