Do not move into Lynnewood Gardens. First, there is the rodent problem. Yes, I do mean mice. If you complain all you will get is a glue trap that doesn't work. Also the lease states that leaving dirty dishes around the apartment is not allowed because will attract mice. If the building didn t have mice, then this would not be an issue. Second, it is not safe. Some of the windows don't lock and the door s locks are shabby. It does not take a genius to break into apartment and steal your stuff. Just check out the Cheltenham Police Department Website for a list of the most recent burglaries that take place in Lynnewood Gardens. Third, management does not care about you. They only care about the money they are getting from the lease. If you have a serious problem, they won't try to help you at all. They might say someone will get back to you but in reality it will take them about 6-8 weeks to do so. Last, but not least.....who uses paint, yes regular paint, to paint over a tub. Could it be that the tub is rusty and it needs to be replaced. In all, this place is disgusting. You would do better if you saved your money and found somewhere else to live. It's not worth the rent or the hassle.
