Really poor maintinance. Frequent police visit to apartment due to various reasons... Mice/mold problems in the apartments.

i moved in on 1/31/09 my toilet has overflowed 6 times already flooding my hallway and comming through the kitchen ceiling i have complained about this and they brush me off and do a patch job
