I have lived here since February 2008 and I fully intend to continue to live here. My apartment is renovated and I have a brand-new beautiful kitchen and new carpet...the rooms are spacious. When I moved in, the Leasing Staff were very helpful, the maintenance people have always responded to any problem and the people in the Resident Services Office are great! The price is right...HEAT is included in my rent...and the electric bill comes with my rent bill...perfect for the busy professional. I recommend Lynnewood Gardens to everyone...and I get a rent credit for doing so!

What a freakin joke, must be paying people to write this stuff. How are your visits to the Laundry Center??? Hmmm... waiting for a washer and dryer that don't work, or worse yet, get your clothes stuck inside the washer and have to wait HOURS to get them out. Yeah, real nice for the professional or wait, I know, you can afford a laundry service. Spacious apt......????? you sure you live at Lynnewood Housing Project?????

I agree. I also used to live there for couple years (not by choice) and from the three years of living there, I have had SEVERAL problems with not only MICE but SQUIRRELS and ROACHES. Whenever there was a problem, maintenance NEVER came and management never calls back. The walls are so thin that you know exactly what you're neighbor is doing and these is no privacy. Laundry facilities are also horrible and dirty, neighborhood is poorly lit and the police is always arresting somebody. If you do decide to live there, make sure that when you move out management does not charge you for some ridiculous thing like regular wear and tear b/c it has happened to me. HORRIBLE, I would NEVER wish upon anyone what I had to go through.
