Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
ok apt. would'nt recommend for long term. The biggest problem is the noise level from surrounding apts. No insulation. If you want to hear your neighbors tv music front door slamming etc. this is the place for you! Management should consider changing the move in gift from a welcome mat to ear plugs.
