You have to be particularly strong in the following area to live here: your guts and your sound proof ability. Two of my friends living here got robbed under gun point inside the complex just after sunset. I never dare to walk out of my apartment door after 7:00PM. Outdoor is terrible and so is indoor. I can hear my neighbor downstairs talking dirty at night, yawning, sneezing, snoring, laughing, crying...every bit of noise you won't miss it. God bless I moved out living just on lease term. If you really want suffer please choose Lynnewood Gardens, otherwise I suggest you go somewhere else.
