My girlfriend lived at Lynnewood Gardens for many years. The place sucks for the price. I have seen roaches on occasion (not many) but at least twice I have seen one or two. I?m sure that can be rectified by extermination. I just don?t think the apartment looked so hot inside either. You have to pay for your own carpet if you should want it. She lived in a one bedroom and then moved to a 2 bedroom. Both were small. No dining area (if that's what they call it). The kitchen was spacious but not big enough for a table and chairs. I heard the townhomes were nice, but I have never seen them. The only part that was nice was the front was scenic enough for outdoor barbecues, etc. I say shop around for some place else.

I also would not give a thumbs up for Lynnewood Gardens. I currently live there, and for the price its not worth it. First off you will have mice!! No matter how clean you are (my wife has OCD *l*), you will have furry little friends. It is because the complex was basically right next to or in a wooded area. They will raise your rent ever year. Plus the apartments are like paper thin, you can hear anything and everything. I one time heard my upstairs neighbor have trouble going to the bathroom! Now you see why I submitted this as anonymous!!
