Could be a better place to live

The rental rates are ridiculous and extremely high. The high rental increases each year are not justified by any improvements many to the apartments. In the winter time I must use a space heat to help warm up the apartment. In the summer time I must crank up my AC in order to stay cool. During extreme rainy/snowy seasons, I must worry about roof leaks. [Keep that in mind if you ever rent a 2nd floor apartment.] Then I must rely on maintenance. Maintenance service takes forever.
Two nice things that I will say is:
1) My son gets to benefit from a better school district.
2) Lynnewood Gardens is easily accessible to the Philadelphia.
If Lynnewood Gardens don't get their stuff together, they are going to lose a lot of tenants that have been living there for numerous years.
Lower the RENT!
