When I first moved here the rent was reasonable for a one-bedrm apt. Since I?ve been here, (now in a two-bedrm, management has changed at least 3 times promising all kinds of improvements for better apt living. They have changed the windows and added a laundry facility (although, not big enough), which were the most noticeable changes. Other than that, these changes would not warrant the EXTREME increase in RENT!---nothing justifies that!. And, why is there such a high charge for the garages when they don?t maintain them and there is no lighting or electrical outlets! Lynnewood Gardens better watch out before they lose more tenants! We are planning to to be one of those tenants very soon!
