these apartments are somewhat 'nice' but i and others have had issues with rodents coming in holes through the heating units where the wood is deteriorating. the water in the kitchen and bathroom has poor pressure and sometimes the kitchen sink gurgles up black sludge water. in my apartment last year the wall exploded where black water gushed out of it. the lights on the outside were not turned on during the night for about 2-3 weeks. some neighbors are very shady and strange... they call the police at times for ridiculous reasons. the rent is quite high considering that the apartment isnt that nice. the staff can be somewhat helpful, although they are usually quite rude and not the most pleasant of people to deal with. sometimes they might try and trick you into paying late fees or more rent if you dont pay attention to things. if you go to tyler art school, its not bad if you can afford it... otherwise you should look elsewhere.
