Cons:
No control over the amount of heat you get. May have to run the fans or A/C during warmer days at your expense. They waste fuel this way driving up rent costs.
Combined rent & electricity bills including a $5.00 service fee. This is a problem because of the service fee they add.
Managment won't send invoice to my P.O. Box so the postman sends mail back to them.
Bad postal service from the Elkins Park Post Office.
Mice & Roches
Bad snow removal by Town of Cheltenham and Lynnewood Gardens.
Mail slot solcitation leaflets are a problem.
Crazy drivers that claim the whole road.
Laundry facilities remote and very over crowded.
