rent increases when you renew your lease i have lived in a townhouse and a twobedroom apartment in Lynnewood and each apartments rent was increased when the lease was renewed. The service did not increase with the rent. The price of the apartments is higher than it should be for one and twobedroom apartments of the size Lynnewood has. Water and heat are included but the heat is very hit or miss. One bedroom in my apartment is sweltering hot while the other gets no heat at all. Also you have no control over the heat being on or off.
the paint in the bathroom is painted over the tiles and the tub ( i have seen this in multiple apts) so that fom the day you move in paint chips are constantly in your drain.
Most neighbors are alright but noise travels like crazy. My upstairs neighbors have always been loud and rude. A lot of shady characters living in apartments too. Its just a crappy place to live
