I?ll keep this brief. I had four major problems with this apartment complex.



1. Maintenance is reliable half of the time. Sometimes they come and sometimes they don?t. You may even have to vist the office, so being able to walk down there during office hours is a must if you want anything taken care of in a timely manner.



2. I thought the cartoon Tom and Jerry was cute and quite funny when I was little. But in real life mice are not amusing. And they will appear, so beware. Many residents have resorted to getting cats. Again maintenance will help a little, but you?re pretty much on your own.



3. No washer and dryer near by, one phone jack, small kitchen, little closet space, poor service...too much money for so little.



4. Noise: it?s quiet in the winter, but the couple up stairs wakes me up with their passionate lovemaking about once a week, usually in the middle of the night. In the summer there is loud music and sometimes a loud TV that stays on all night. It?s not not as bad as the mice (and did I mention roaches and wasps' yes, I said wasps)but it will be an issue if you?re not a deep sleeper.



Needless to say I am not renewing my one-year lease.
