Years at this apartment: 1985 - 2003
Rent increases are through the roof! A $58 increase is outrageous! If I have to pay $700 utilities, I can get more for my money elsewhere.
I've received no upgrades: no wood cabinets, no carpet, no dishwasher, no microwave oven, no air conditioning, no ceiling fan, no concessions whatsoever!
LONG-TIME RESIDENTS GET NOTHING!
I moved here and stayed here because I worked in the area and because of the schools. Now that I no longer work in Montgomery county and no longer have a child in school, there's no reason to stay. I would love to stay, but I'm forced to go...
Laramar doesn't care about you after you move in! The only thing they do after you move in is gouge you!
