MICE, MAINTENANCE, MANAGEMENT and MONEY are the reasons you should NOT move into Lynnewood Gardens. I have been a resident for 3 years and it is steadily getting worse. The mice are running rampent and management refuses to do anything other than supply peanut butter scented glue traps (funny huh') Maintenance...What is that' Repeated calls to the maintenance office and to the main office are futile. They never can give you a time or date, and when they do, they never show-up as promised. When they do show-up, the maintenance is awful. What they patch (That's right PATCH, they NEVER trully FIX ANYTHING)falls apart soon after. Management..to put it bluntly, F#@k MANAGEMENT! I recently visited the main office where the management offices are only to find that they are remodeling and replacing rugs. (Nice huh') Where are my new rugs' When will maintenance really fix anything' Why, WHY, WHY does my rent continue to increase $35 a month every year and I get NOTHING' DO NOT MOVE IN! DO NOT MOVE IN! Listen to me....DO NOT MOVE IN! It is like living in the projects. What you will get is MICE (lots and lots of Mice), lack of maintenance, management that does not care and rent increases that are just plain highway robbery. Did I tell you...DO NOT MOVE IN'
