at first moving in, we thought the place was alittle small, but we saw that it was spacious. we had a few problems like the squarls, but maintanance took care of the situation. we have seen a few centerpeeds in the house but again it was handled well by lynnewood. parking is just great. they have an excellent school district, number one in the state. it a safe environment for family oriented people, NO GANGSTERS! the police patrol every night because they have nothing else better to do, which makes the neighborhood safe for you and me. try to be on time with the rent because these people dont play. if you know you cant afford the place, dont move in, budget your money and live elsewhere, those that can, feel free to move in a.s.a.p.

i haven't heard of any thefts since i moved in.

overall, i feel its a good place to start to raise a family.
