This apartment complex is a filthy wretch. The apartments are small and the area is disgusting. The front office has uneducated representatives that are there strictly for making money and will not try to aid you in any way. Maintenance is horrid and the complex tacks on many unforeseen costs. This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life, and its not even that cheap!! In my opinion, if your going to live in the area, try the Colonade apartments on the corner of 611 and 73. It costs a little bit more but its SO MUCH MORE WORTH the money. Its clean, the front office is helpful and honest, the only negative experience I had from living there before is the parking can be a little tight if you come home late at night. I lived there before and I have decided to move back, take heed and AVOID THIS DUMP CALLED LYNNEWOOD!!
