Aaah where to begin. I could probably write all day and all night about how bad this place is. So without further adu...

#1 - Noise, Noise, Noise - These apartments have to be the most poorly insulated apartments for noise on earth. Granted our neighbors are not "that loud" but every vibration from there stereo will sure enough cause a rattling on our floor. Very annoying...nothing like trying to go to sleep at night to the sounds of Prince. Oh on a side comical note- the neighbor we had when we first moved in was a section 8, no job having, fist fighting with her boyfriend in the courtyard hoochie momma. On a good note though they provided about 4 days worth of enterainment while our cable was getting installed.

#2 - Safety - gotta give them a big fat 1 on a 1-10 scale. Why the harsh assesment you ask' Nothing like waking up in the morning and there are blood stains by my wifes car because someone was stabbed in the parking lot the night before. Oh special kudos to the Cheltenham police department for coming around 2 weeks later asking anyone if they saw or heard anything..go get 'em Columbo.


#3 - Maintenance - Now these guys are not bad. We complained about a running toilet since we moved in. They fixed it by (a) replacing the doorbell (b) spraying for bugs or (c) sending a plumber out to check the damn toilet. If you answered "c" then that would be the incorrect answer..a & b would have gotten you the gold star. After a year of trying nothing had been done so we turn off the toilet every night before we go to bed. We don't want the sounds of a running toilet to drown out our neighbors radio/tv/arguing when we go to bed.

I guess I'm done. One more group that I forgot to give props to. Special shoutout to Tyler Campus students who have over-run my little section every fall. Not only do I get to watch them cram 35 people into a 1 bedroom apartment for one of their parties but I also get the pleasure of having them urinate on everything outside. Nothing like the smell of pee-pee and bacon to get the weekend started.

Now I do know that come October of 2004 that there will be one two bedroom apartment available for rent..good luck!
