My time at Lynnewood was fairly bad. The leasing office staff was pleasant for the most part. The resident service center staff did not impress me at all. But actually seemed fairly ignorant to their job responsibilities. I never needed maintenance so can't comment there. Ofcourse I did find out a couple of months before I left that 40% of the units are unoccupied. Taking into consideration some of the inconsiderate people living there, you may not want to move in if you have young children- some of the neighbors or their guests don't ackowledge stop signs.
