At first glance the apt's seem nice. The landscaping is by far the best thing Lynnewood has. 1 week after moving in we started to see the rodent issue. The mice came no matter if we cleaned with 100% bleach, used those high-frequency rodent deterrents, or put crushed peppers down. Water bugs were common in & outside. Maintenance would respond fast, but they lost all respect after my digital camera & wife's gold bracelets were stolen! My downstairs neighbor was an alcoholic, and the other one yelled at her husband 24/7. And I need not mention the crime/shootings.muggings that go one. After finally moving out, it took me 3 months to get my deposit back! If you need to be in that area I suggest Regency apts, even though its on the edge of Phila./NE. Phila border.
