When i 1st moved in (sept 05) the lady at the leasing office my rent would never go up. I recieved my renewal lease in the mail 2wks ago and the new rate was $27 more. They said it was raised b/c of insurance and taxes (thats b.s). It also took them 2 months to apply a credit that was due to my account and they even reduced it. #2, i've been calling for an exterminator for the past 2 weeks. I've called in 4 times. The 5th will be the last. #3, parking, if your a visitor on the weekend, better park in the mall parking lot or in the city. They tow cars like they raise your rent. Its happened 2x to my friends. This is the largest apartment complex in the world and does not have a visitors parking lot close to who ever your visiting. U gotta be kidding me. There is no way I would renew my lease, I better off paying a mortgage or buying a condo in Andorra.
