Not bad if you are not going to stay a long time.The fact that they offer garages for car or storage is great.Lots of kids,the laundry center is great if you can get there when it is empty but the dryers are a joke.Please be careful of the trash and rif/raft and their getting high in the parking areas all hours of the day and night.All types of people live here and bring there ways with them,hope that you don"t encounter any maintenance issues repairs may take a while.Also be aware that power failures are a possibility at any given time.I must say the fact that the units are two to a building is a positive.The walls are painted over white from tenant to tenant to disguise whatever is underneath.This is good for it makes it easy to locate the centipedes that crawl all around the walls and rooms and if your lucky you can kill them before the hide in the closet or cracks in the walls.It depends on what way the wind is blowing which determines if you living room area will be hot/cold through the winter months remember 2 yrs. is enough for this adventure.GOOD Luck
