Dangerous Ice and Snow on steps and walkway

I ve made several calls today 3/18/07 along with the other tenants in this unit and too no avail, it s still there. My mother almost broke her neck going to church this morning.

Thank goodness God looks after use because Lynnewood is very lousy at it. If you can t maintain the complex, give it up.

(I really hate to be rude but it s not getting any better) It was suggested to me by my attorney that I should put my rent in escrow with him until everything I need is completed. I ll hold my thought on that option.

I'm still waiting for paint and the snow to be cleared, and trust me these two things did not accur at the same time, go figure!

Below are a couple of pictures of areas that need to be painted. Granted it is not an emergency but it is a product of how I'm living. I've put nice things in my apartment but look at the surroundings.
