I don't even know where to begin. Let's start with infestation. Mice evrywhere, I must have killed close to 50 in the time I was there. I was considering bringing in a stray cat from the neighborhood (there are plenty) just to try and control the problem. Also, the first thing I did when I would get into my apartment was flip on the lights and do a quick scan and almost everytime I would see at least 2 or 3 centipedes darting for cover. Roaches were also very common. Management's service is laughable, maintenance is worse. The paint was peeling real bad in my kitchen and guess what maintenance did, they simply painted over it. Needless to say, within a month it was chipping again. Still haven't gotten my security deposit back or an explanation as to why. Calls to the aforementioned management got me nowhere. Oh, and my apartment was broken into twice. STAY AWAY!! Can't put it any clearer than that.

I completely agree! I stayed there 2 years and had the same rodent problems. A stray cat even ran in my house one night when I was coming in. It darted in every room & didn't want to leave! I suggest regency apt's which is about 10minutes drive away; its not Trump Towers but its MUUUUCH better than Lynne-HOOD!

I much agree! Ive had stray cats enter my apartmentt and refuse to leave! I just vacated, and left many things behind. air conditioner, microwave and so on. I was desperate to leave there, and being disabled (and poor) moving service wasnt an option. I left the mircowave..for fear of moving it. Im sure bugs would be nested beneath it. There were always bugs, and maintenece steals as well. Lynnewoods solution to a problem is to bandaid it. Just about anywhere is better than "Lynnewood Ghetto", as the local police call it.
