I lived there for 2 and half years. From 2005 to 2008. They leasing office was horrible to deal with when I moved in because they kept telling one price over the phone but when I would get a bill in writing it would be a new higher price. During the time that I lived there I did not have any major problems except the toilet from the upstairs apartment leaked through the ceiling. Safty wise I watched at least two police raids on near by apartments and a three year old boy was shot and killed on the property in 2005. Once I moved out I was told by to separate people that they would pro-rate my rent because I was moving out in the middle of the month, when asked to put it in writing they refused. A month later I got a bill for $500 dollars and no explanation. At first I called every week then I started calling every day and 2 months later. I can not get anyone on the phone!

They screwed me over too. My lease ended the last day of September 2007. Im still being billed (and now sued) for three months after that..and i turned in my key AND vacated the premises. They treat you like crap, and dont return/answer your calls. Horrible people. I watched two car break ins from my bedroom window, and it happened about five feet away. I was the only one who called the cops/cared. One of my neighbors had her air conditioner stolen from her bedroom window..WHILE SHE WAS SLEEPING IN THE ROOM! I will never look back, and i hope they realize that there IS a reason why they can only rent out 1/4 of the units. THEY SUCK!
