I can't speak to the other long term (10 yrs) residents, I've been here for 4 years and am starting to see an improvement on the mice issue. They send someone with the exterminator now and she makes sure things get done. Still takes maintenance awhile to get things done, don't think they have enough ppl though, I see the same ones all the time.

What do you mean by "improvement?" I was there for a year and only got to kill 4 mice in my apartment. Is it a sign of improvement? Do you mean that there were more mice in the past?
