ive lived here for just over two years and i can see a change here I was in an older apt. and moved to one of the newer ones and i can tell you its a big improvement and the new laundry rooms are cleaner and bribhter the front entracne looks more inviting and im no longer embaresst to invite people over yes the rent is a little high but we are in the suburse the school system is better than phila so to pay a little more for a pice of mind is fare i read the other reviews i guess some of the other tenets forgot about the front when the A blgd. didn't have steps
