unsafe place for children with a hostile manager

Even though Melrose has a good location and relatively good neighbor, my experience with the management has been really disappointing. Probably 70% of the residents are Koreans who arrived in the US quite recently. Most of them can't speak English very well, and the manager abuses this fact by neglecting their requests. They can't complain! The new manager who came in early this year(2003) has "minimal" respect for the residents and a total pain to deal with. She is not interested in important issues like safety or repair. Parking lot and playground is right next to each other. There is no speed bumps on the road. Many kids have literally died and have been injured, but the manager doesn't care. If you have children and care for their safety, this is the number one place to avoid. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
