This is a great location and great mgmt too. The maintence man Mike is the greatest! I would see him out in the snow on a Sunday Morning cleaning it away..Now that is great service! I have quiet neighbors and I love the layout of the apt. And for the person that posted that its unsafe for children...There would not be a safety issue if children would play in the playground and NOT in the middle of the parking lot and when a car comes by act like they don't wanna move! Parents should watch and know where and what their children are doing all the time and not act like the property mgt and other tenants are their personal babysitters!!!
