I have lived here for a little over a month now and love it. The staff is very friendly and helpful although sometime hard to understand but they try. Maintenance is very very fast. I called one day while i was at work and when i got home everything was done except the new screens which im told are on order. I have not see any mice or rats. The only bugs i have had were ants in the kitchen and im going to call to have them sent out an exterminator. Parking is good on the Cheltenham side of the apartments i don't know about the other side. I never have to walk far. There is a nice playground where kids play. I haven't seen any punk kids just hanging around so far. Another very nice thing is you can park at the maintenance building and the train for downtown/airport (R1,R5) is right there. Its also a short drive to major roads. Turnpike (10 mins), route 1 (5 mins), 309 (5 mins), 95 (15 mins). My neighbors seem very nice as well. My bedroom is right at the Cheltenham rd wall, I was worried it would be noisy but it is not to bad, actually kinda soothing at night. All in all i recommend this apartment.
