I've lived here for seven months and have nothing but positive things to say about the management of these apartments. Maintenance has been great, building is always clean and when necessary repairs are quickly made. Due to some unusual circumstances I've had to extend my short term lease several times and management has been superb and very flexible in working with me. The on-site manager is friendly and does a great job of maintaining resident harmony and keeping the grounds looking attractive. I'm in the back of the building so the noice noted on previous post isn't an issue for me. about the only negative i would note is that the floors can be a little creeky but honestly is really something I rarely ever notice.

For the money, I think you would have a hard time finding a better value in this area.
