watch out your deposit! I just moved out. I cleaned my apartment very carefully. They could not find any reason to charge, but still took away $75 for carpet, although there is no damage and dirty stains on the carpet. Stay away from them.

Professional Maintenance I moved in Lynewood Gardens over a year ago and I just renewed my lease. I called maintenance to help me with my dishwasher, someone came very quickly and they even call me afterwards to ask me if the problem was resolved. I was very impressed.

Be Careful Lived there for over 5 years with a bad landlord, now under new managment it's ok, but they only treat the new tenants half decent, and they charge old tenants hundreds more a month, and do not make needed repairs in the apartment.
