DO NOT WALK - RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! Really poor maintinance. Frequent police visit to apartment due to various reasons... Mice/mold problems in the apartments.

Be Careful Lived there for over 5 years with a bad landlord, now under new managment it's ok, but they only treat the new tenants half decent, and they charge old tenants hundreds more a month, and do not make needed repairs in the apartment.

Great place to live This complex is under renovations. When you move in there is wall to wall carpeting, new kitchen, new bathroom, new blinds and a great paint job. Management is fantastic. Something doesn't work? Maintence is there to fix it. Parking -Walking distance to Suburban
