I agree with the other comments about the washer and dryer installation, I think the rent increase is going to be a shocker! It ended up costing me $60.00 to sign up to use the pool that I feel I am already paying for in the large rent cost. (10.00 for me, 10.00 for my wife and 40.00 for my granddaughter)We have had more time to look around and there are much nicer apartments, cheaper and they do not charge to use the pool. Also they nickel and dime you to death by also making you pay a water bill.
