This place is terrible! I've lived here for about 1 1/2 years and I have complained about the noise coming from my upstairs neighbors 4 times and not a single thing has been done. My rent recently went up $65 a month. You'll have to pay to use the pool. Aside from the upstairs

Safe, quiet, clean Great grounds and facility upkeep by maintenance. Staff is exceptionally friendly and goes out of their way to help you. Nice sized apartments in safe area in a great little town. Utilities are very inexpensive, although rent a moderate cost. Would recommend to anyone.

Nice & Quiet Overall, I've had a good experience with the Meadows. It's well maintained and very quiet. Nothing spectacular especially with respect to the price. The apartments are well laid out and spacious.

I loved it My stay at the meadows was great! The apartment was so nice and spacious. Everything that I needed was so centrally located in town. The town of Emmaus is so quaint and really pretty and the people were are really nice. If I ever come back this way I´ll stay here again.

great! We just moved in about a month ago, and it´s a beautiful place- seems brand new. They take cats, which was important to us, and the parking is close, the 1 bedroom Laurel is huge.. The only problem so far is the lack of high speed internet availability. No DSL and only 1-way cable
