My wife and I have lived here for almost 9 years without any complaints. Maintenance is always prompt and helpful. We've found the office staff to be freindly and receptive. The only problems we've had have been with a few other residents who were students from the college.

There were some problems a few years ago with the management at the time. They were renting units to anyone it seemed, and the noise level went way up. Current management seems to have fixed the problem.

We do not have children and live in a block of apartments where families with children don't typically reside, so I can't speak to the issues with kids mentioned in other reviews.

Overall, we've been happy here. It's quiet and mets our needs, especially for the price.

check your records they were build in the 1970's except the townhomes where build in 2001
