This place is ok. Its kind of old but its seem well kept. The rent is a little below average since you get a small wash/dryer in your unit. Most other places around here charge allot more to have a wash/dryer in the unit. Its close to the highway and pleanty of stores in the area. The one big negative is that they are terrible about snow removeal from the sidewalks and the parking areas.

I have lived here 4 years. There is so much to list. First the kitchen is dated to the 70's. The bathroom looks like a motel bathroom and small. Yes you have decent closets but no lights in them. The paint they use is the cheapest they can find and it comes off if you brush the wall. They have baseboard electric heat that will cost you an arm and a leg because the windows leak air badly. The in wall air conditioners leak air so bad because there is no insulation around them. The parking lots are dark, slashed tires, break ins and drug deals going on all the time. Seems the management doesnt care to address any of it. If you dont mind walking through an inch of water on the side walks when it rains its great, snow and ice removal is slow if its done at all. Overall the rent isnt bad the first year but after that they keep raising and raising, for what you spend in electric its worth it for more rent somewhere else. Also each tenant does not pay the same rent. If you have any problems good luck getting help from management, its not about the tenants its about the money they can make. I know of one instance sewege backed up in fromt of a place and they typed up a threatening letter to that area tenants telling them next time they will pay for the fix. One of the tenants showed me the letter. They never cleaned up the sewage just left it there. Also just learned they turned this area into section 8... Good luck. As soon as I can im out. Lately I fix my own stuff easier and gets done right the first time. The places need demolished and rebuilt, also the money doesnt stay in pa, the company that owns it is not from here they are from another state.
