Good place.. Good Manager.. bad employees - I lived there for about an year and half. Beautiful property. Well maintained. They attend the maintenance calls promptly. Plenty of parking space. They have to do something about the type of trees they grow. the seeds when they fell on the parked cars cause lots of damage to the cars. I the dirt sticks to the cars. Nice place I lived here with my mom for 4 years in high school, moved away, came back in 2 years, it´s not changed. The price is a LITTLE high for what you get, but it´s nice, clean, and the parking is good. If you like a quiet town, this is a good place.

Do not live here! The customer service from the office staff is terrible. The time it takes for a maintenance person to come and fix something is rediculous. No matter how good the apartment looks when you move out, you will not get you full deposit back, if you get any of it back.

It´s ok, but I wouldn´t want to stay here long I currently live in Summerdale Apartments. I´m moving out due to a couple of things.
-Snow removal needs some work
-Your electric bill will be HIGH due to the baseboard heat

Great I've lived at Summerdale Apartments for 5 years now. Yes, the apartments are a little old, but are being updated slowly but surely. Yes, the college dorms are a bit noisy, especially in the evenings, but barring only one problem where someone got into my unlocked car
