Apartment This place is ok. Its kind of old but its seem well kept. The rent is a little below average since you get a small wash/dryer in your unit. Most other places around here charge allot more to have a wash/dryer in the unit. Its close to the highway and pleanty of stores in the area.

Nice place I lived here with my mom for 4 years in high school, moved away, came back in 2 years, it´s not changed. The price is a LITTLE high for what you get, but it´s nice, clean, and the parking is good. If you like a quiet town, this is a good place.

Do not live here! The customer service from the office staff is terrible. The time it takes for a maintenance person to come and fix something is rediculous. No matter how good the apartment looks when you move out, you will not get you full deposit back, if you get any of it back.

It´s ok, but I wouldn´t want to stay here long I currently live in Summerdale Apartments. I´m moving out due to a couple of things.
-Snow removal needs some work
-Your electric bill will be HIGH due to the baseboard heat

Overall...good deal The place is nice for the most part. Rent is reasonable for the area... lot more expensive places in area. Closets are huge. Office people will correct their errors. Two times they claimed that I didn't pay my rent... and after talking with them they had found it some place.

No problems My wife and I have lived here for almost 9 years without any complaints. Maintenance is always prompt and helpful. We've found the office staff to be freindly and receptive. The only problems we've had have been with a few other residents who were students from the college.
