The area is mediocre for the price they are asking for the apartments. I think the homes are charming, but old. The carpet, tile and paint are updated, but the fixture and woodwork, etc, are ordinary. It is nice to have your own driveway with a garage, but you can't use the garage in the winter b/c the doors open outward, if it snows you can't get them open, if you leave them open, what's the point in using the garage. The lawns are kept nicely all during the warm season and it's nice to have a fenced in yard. The plumbing was a repeatitive problem for me. It's sometimes noisy early during the school year because of Strong Vincent students, who walk all over your lawn.
